Foreign orders
Information on orders from foreign countries.
Valued customers, since our website is internationally available, there are several ways of billing.
Orders from within the EU with the exception of germany:
Sending / shipping to companies from EU countries
Proof of VAT-ID-Nr. (Checking the existance of this number is possible over the internet, using a service provided by the Federal Finance Office).
Bill of Lading / certificate of export to be submitted to screenmaxx by the forwarding agency
written informal confirmation stating the product was bought for a company
Pick up by companies from EU countries
Proof of VAT-ID-Nr. (Checking the existance of this number is possible over the internet, using a service provided by the Federal Finance Office).
Confirmation of the goods' transportation into the union countries by the customer.

Sending / shipping to private customers from EU countries
Private customers are generally subject to VAT. Reimbursement is not possible in this case.
Attention: The same conditions apply to resellers as do to company customers

Orders from outside the EU:
Sending / shipping to companies from non-EU countries
Place of business in a third country (non EU) must be obvious from company address
written informal confirmation stating the product was bought for a company
Bill of Lading / certificate of export to be submitted to screenmaxx by the forwarding agency
Pick up by companies from non-EU countries
Place of business in a third country (non EU) must be obvious from company address
Certificate of export has to be submitted to SCREENMAXX GmbH by the customer. This is required for a VAT reimbursement.
Sending / shipping to private customers from non-EU countries
Residence in a third country (non EU) must be obvious from address
Certificate of export has to be submitted to SCREENMAXX GmbH by the customer.
Pickup by private customers from non-EU countries
Demand Certificate of export from customer (means of pressure: Issue bill with VAT, reimburse only after submission of certificate.
Confirmation of the goods' transportation into the union countries by the customer.

Sending / import to switzerland
Bills always without VAT, certificate of export has to be submitted to SCREENMAXX GmbH upon pickup.
