Delivery types
We ship our products through UPS and DHL standard shipping. Should you not be able to receive the products personally, you can pick the shipment up at the closest UPS or DHL station. Otherwise, the parcel will be redeivered the next day. Screens starting at 2.5 m are shipped through Viktoria Logistik. Same applies to express shipping. Should you not be able to receive the shipment personally, a notification will be left at your mailbox with instructions on how to arrange for a free next day delivery. In principle, we offer two way of shipment:

| * All prices are in EUR including 19% VAT. Our prices are excluding customs. The payment fees for credit card or paypal are additional. They will be calculated in per cent from the total order amount. Your credit card will just be charged after a secured deliverytime from our surpliers. When you order express delivery by phone until 5:30 pm, you will receive your order between 7 and 12 am the following day. Charge: 25,-- € shipping and handling for each other.
Delivery times
We stock a lot of products in our central warehouse. You should usually receive these orders within 3-4 days.
all other products are quickly ordered and will arrive within 3-7 days upon which we forward the goods to you without delay. For screens that are not stocked, delivery times might be up to 2 weeks. Usually however, these are aready available within one week.
